한국·스페인 산업 파트너 컨소시엄의 공동 R&D 과제를 지원하며 KIAT는 과제당 연간 최대 1,000 million won을 지원한다.

신청 자격

  • 국내기업은 창업 1년 이상 경과하고 기업부설연구소 인정서를 보유해야 함
    근거 문장Korean companies should be in operation for at least one year since their establishment, and the companies are required to have 'corporate R&D center certification’ issued by the KOITA (Korea Industrial Technology Association).
  • 컨소시엄은 한국 중소기업 또는 중견기업을 포함해야 함
    근거 문장The Korean side shall include at least one SME or ME as consortium leader.
  • 스페인 컨소시엄은 독립 산업 파트너 2곳 이상을 포함해야 함
    근거 문장Consortia are composed by a minimum of at least one SME or ME in Korea and at least two independent industrial partners (SMEs and large companies) in Spain.
  • 스페인 컨소시엄은 기업 2곳 이상 및 스페인 측 예산 중 중소기업 기여 10% 이상
    근거 문장Spanish part of the consortia shall include at least two companies with a minimum SME budget contribution of 10% to the overall Spanish part budget.

신청할 수 없는 경우

  • 기업은 동일 공고의 컨소시엄 2개 이상에 참여할 수 없음
    근거 문장A company can only participate in one consortium, in other words, cannot participate in two or more KSSP proposals of the same call.
  • 한쪽 기관에만 제출한 제안서는 심사 대상이 아님
    근거 문장Unilaterally submitted proposals shall not be considered.
  • 국가별 총점 70점 초과 미달 제안은 지원에서 제외
    근거 문장Projects that fail to score above 70 points from either country will be excluded from funding.

제출서류

  • 공동 제안서(Annex 1 – KSSP Application Form)를 한국·스페인 공동작성
    근거 문장Korean and Spanish co-applicants must elaborate a single project proposal application (Annex 1 – KSSP Application Form).
  • 공동 제안서는 모든 공동신청자의 날인·서명 및 서명권자 성명·직위 기재
    근거 문장Please note that this Application Form must be sealed and signed by all co-applicants, expressly indicating name and designation of the authorized signatory in the organization.
  • 한국 측은 KIAT·산업부 공고에서 요구하는 추가서류 제출
    근거 문장the Main Korean partners should submit additional documents to https://www.k-pass.kr with the common documents until call deadline.
  • 스페인 측은 CDTI 자금신청서와 요구서류를 개별 제출
    근거 문장all Spanish partners, individually, must submit the funding application and other required documents through the electronic platform at https://sede.cdti.gob.es .

지원 방식·자부담

  • KIAT 지원 한도는 과제당 연간 최대 1,000 million won

  • 스페인 과제 내 참여자별 최소 적격 예산은 175,000 €
    근거 문장The minimum eligible budget amount for each Spanish partner is 175,000 €.
  • 스페인 참여자 전체 예산은 2.5 million euro에서 6 million euro
    근거 문장The overall budget of the Spanish participants in a project will be between 2.5 million euro and 6 million euro.
  • 프로젝트 기간은 12개월부터 36개월까지
    근거 문장Duration of projects: from 12 months up to 36 months
  • 프로젝트 예산에서 어느 한 국가의 비중은 60% 초과 불가
    근거 문장None of the countries´ budget (namely the budget of its entities participating in the proposal) can have more than 60% of the global budget of the project.
  • CDTI는 프로젝트당 최대 2 million euro 지원
    근거 문장CDTI, with a maximum of 2 million euro per project.

  • 혁신 및 R&D 평가 50점
    근거 문장Innovation and R&D (50 points), relates to requirement that the project must involve research and development and yield a specific advance.
  • R&D 수행의 품질·효율성 평가 25점
    근거 문장Quality and efficiency of the R&D implementation (25 points), relates to the partnership, participants and project structure.
  • 시장 및 사업화 평가 25점
    근거 문장Market and Commercialization (25 points), relates to the market targeted, the competitive advantages for the participants involved and the impact of the project results.
  • 제안서 총점 기준은 70/100
    근거 문장The threshold for the total score of the proposal is 70/100.
