신청 자격

  • 국내기업은 접수마감일 현재 창업 1년 이상 경과하고 기업부설연구소 인정서를 보유해야 함

  • 컨소시엄은 한국 SME 또는 ME를 포함하고, 스페인 독립 산업 파트너를 2곳 이상 포함

  • 한국 측 컨소시엄 리더는 SME 또는 ME여야 함

신청할 수 없는 경우

  • 한 기업은 같은 공고에서 하나의 컨소시엄에만 참여 가능
    근거 문장A company can only participate in one consortium, in other words, cannot participate in two or more KSSP proposals of the same call.
  • 한쪽 기관에만 제출한 제안서는 심사 대상이 아님
    근거 문장Unilaterally submitted proposals shall not be considered.
  • 양국 중 어느 한쪽에서 70점을 초과하지 못한 프로젝트는 지원에서 제외
    근거 문장Projects that fail to score above 70 points from either country will be excluded from funding.

제출서류

  • 한국·스페인 공동 제안서(Annex 1 – KSSP Application Form)
    근거 문장Korean and Spanish co-applicants must elaborate a single project proposal application (Annex 1 – KSSP Application Form).
  • 제안서는 모든 공동신청자가 날인·서명해야 함
    근거 문장Please note that this Application Form must be sealed and signed by all co-applicants, expressly indicating name and designation of the authorized signatory in the organization.
  • 한국 참여기관은 공통서류와 함께 KIAT 추가서류 제출

  • 스페인 참여기관별 CDTI 자금지원 신청서 및 요구서류
    근거 문장all Spanish partners, individually, must submit the funding application and other required documents through the electronic platform at https://sede.cdti.gob.es .

지원 방식·자부담

  • KIAT 지원은 프로젝트당 연 최대 1,000 million won

  • 스페인 참여기관별 최소 적격 예산은 175,000 €

  • 프로젝트별 한국 예산 비중은 전체 예산의 60%를 초과할 수 없음

  • 혁신 및 R&D 50점
    근거 문장Innovation and R&D (50 points), relates to requirement that the project must involve research and development and yield a specific advance.
  • R&D 실행의 품질 및 효율성 25점
    근거 문장Quality and efficiency of the R&D implementation (25 points), relates to the partnership, participants and project structure.
  • 시장 및 사업화 25점
    근거 문장Market and Commercialization (25 points), relates to the market targeted, the competitive advantages for the participants involved and the impact of the project results.
  • 총점 기준은 70/100
    근거 문장The threshold for the total score of the proposal is 70/100.
